Custom Designed Signs:
Returns for custom-designed signs can only be accepted if the product is faulty or damaged during transit. Each sign is unique, so please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your custom design using our customizer tool.
If we happen to spot a spelling mistake or a missing space, we will reach out to you for clarification.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following attached;
- a clear photo of the damage to the sign,
- a clear photo of the box & any damage to the outer box,
- and a clear photo of the shipping label on the box.
We will assess the issue and take appropriate corrective action.
Should you require an exchange, please reach out to us, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
- If a replacement has been agreed upon, Iconic Neon will endeavor to produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process and post it to your account.
- If a return has been agreed upon, please note that you must return the faulty product in its original condition with all its original packaging.
- If a return has been agreed upon, the faulty item must be returned for inspection by Iconic Neon within 14 days of when you received the product.
- If a full or partial refund has been agreed upon, Custom Iconic Neon will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.
